In this Episode I interview Dr. Lonnie Lowery – Renowned Exercise Physiologist, Nutrition Professor/Researcher, Host of the Iron Radio Podcast, and former Competitive Bodybuilder; and Kelly Lowery – Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Addiction Rehab Specialist. We hit on a diverse number of topics, focusing on the comprehensive model of mental health care, and how exercise, nutrition, supplementation, cognitive behavior change, and other interventions all work TOGETHER to help improve care for the individual.
